Our professional system design includes the site evaluation, equipment to excavate test pits, soil sampling, and lab analysis; as well as all the documentation needed to submit a permit application.

 

Our site evaluation includes the Alberta One-Call,  pre-evaluation documentation (map, water well, title and boundary search), and the use of a dual grade laser to determine slopes.

 

Because we both design and install systems, we are aware of field-specific factors which might not be taken into account by a certified designer with no field experience.  Design errors can cause a system to be oversized, undersized, or for some other reason to fail.  Our designs are custom-made for your development and usage, and not just copied and pasted from a similar development.
